and I’m still here, stalking him through someone else’s FB account to follow-up on him.
Pathetic in three reasons:
1. he’s gonna be a priest someday.
2. He’s younger than me
3. I’m stalking him through other’s account because he rejected my friend request, 3 times!

You can love a girl without knowing anything about her. You can love her because you see her every morning at the cafe near your house. You love her because she likes to wear colorful outfits for many days at a time, but she shines even brighter when she’s in all black. You love…
Change that to: you can love BOY and that’s my case right now. :)

My siblings ans I are chatting with each other a while ago and my sister who is a First year student at FEU shared what their Literature teacher shared to them.
along Recto, there are 7-9 year old children who, during daylight, sells Sampaguita and by nighttime, sells their bodies to random strangers who will give them pang shampoo the next day.
along Recto there is also a grandmonther who has 4 grandchildren. the mother of the children left them and without anybody to take care if them, the lola was the one who provides for their needs.
Every morning, the lola sells sampaguita to passer-bys BUT during nighfall, frequents the cheap cinema nearby for her ‘nightjob”.
the old lady offers ‘BJ’ to anyone who is looking for someone to release their “heat” on. her “service” has two options, whether she will gulp dowm the juice or not. her rate for gulping them down is 50pesos and if she refuse, they will give her 30 pesos. every night, this old lady gathers approximately 150 pesos and that will be for the food of the children for the next day.
my heart is breaking whenever i hear this kinds of stories. seriously, children AND elderly resorting to prostitution just to make ends meet? what kind of world is this? what the fuck is our Government doing inside their offices warming their butts off? is it really more fun in the Philippines this way?
children should enjoy their childhood. they should be outside their homes, playing in the field, chasing each other, learning to draw, paint, sing, dance, or even play video games. their innocence should not be rubbed off that way. where are their parents who should be taking care of them? guiding them? where is the Government whose job is to provide for the basic needs like education, food and shalter for the next generation?
Elderly should enjoy their retirement and remaining days of life. their joy should be provided by their family members. they should not do any menial jobs anymore that will degrade them. and ‘performing’ under the legs of some random pervert stranger is not one of them.
it aches me, everytime i hear stories like this. it makes me realize how incredibly lucky i am for the life that I am living right now. we may not be uber-rich who can go skyiing, bar-hopping or even city hopping, but we are doing great. better than many people around us. and we are very thankful to that.
i think what my sister shared to us tonight is an eye opener for the people who posts their problems online telling the world how much their life sucks just because they broke up with their partner, their parents refuse to buy them the latest iphone gadget, or because they weren’t able to buy that gold-chained watch they’ve been eyeing for for months.
people, other have it worse. so just be happy with your life and remember that while you are sleeping comfortably (or even not comfortably) inside your home, there are other people out there who accepts pang shampoo or 30pesos in exchange of their dignity and innocence.
my first (since I started working) freedom.
natawa ako ng bongga!! hahaha
your newest track, “Monsters”, is soooo for the Farro Brothers, isn’t?
Anyways, I don’t like the drumming. it’s so lame compare to before.
Taylor York deserves a big round of applause. the guitar is excellent. I really know who to select as my crush. hahaha ^_^
